How it works

Phase 1 – Pre work

  • Online DISC assessment per participant
  • 10 minute pulse survey on current team strengths and bottlenecks
  • Manager completes a quick priority map: goals, roles, and 3 people challenges

Phase 2 – Workshop

  • Live, practical, highly interactive
  • Role plays, case work from your context, and micro tools you can use the same day
  • Delivered onsite or live online

Phase 3 – Implementation support

  • Starter playbook: one page per profile with do and dont tips
  • Coaching prompts for one on ones and stand ups
  • 30 minute group follow up within 30 days to lock in gains

Half day (4 hours)

  • Best for intact teams or new leaders
  • Outcomes: shared language, profile awareness, core scripts for brief, delegate, feedback

Full day (6 to 7 hours)

  • Adds deeper practice and conversion of problem behaviours
  • Outcomes: full toolset, action plans per person, manager communications cadence

Leadership series (2 x half day or 3 x 2 hour online)

  • Spaced learning with homework and coaching checkpoints

Group size: 6 to 18 per cohort. Larger groups by request with co facilitators.
