Gun Candidate Alerts!
Sometimes we come across exceptionally high producing jobseekers that may interest you.
We call these our “Gun” or “Top” candidates and we flag them to you via an anonymous snapshot in an email.
If you are interest in any of the candidates in these emails, let us know by return email or phone. This is what happens next…
1. A recruiter experienced in the skills that you are enquiring about asks you:
- what you have in mind for the candidate,
- what attracted you to this particular candidate
- and if we have not done business before with you, why someone would be attracted to work for you.
2. If we believe that we can help you and have not yet done business with you in the past, we outline our fee structure. If you are happy to accept these we send across a copy of a recruitment service agreement for you to sign off on.
3. We then contact the candidate and promote your opportunity to them.
- If they are interested we screen them against your job criteria and send across the resume, our interview notes and in some cases psychometric reports and references. No fee is due unless the candidate is successfully placed.
- If the candidate is not interested we of course advise you immediately and then start our database search for a better match for you. With over 240,000 resumes the chances of being able to help you are extremely high.
