Cloning your high performers
Our proprietary AI software has the ability take the resume of a current or past top performer in your company and locate the closest match based on their past performance, skills, education and motivations.
We’ll email, SMS and phone call suitable candidates that our AI has surfaced as 90% or above matches and present your opportunity.
We’ll email the remainder, asking if they know of anyone that might be suitable.
External databases such as Seek Talent Search, Indeed, attendees lists of related events and LinkedIn will be searched and suitable candidates’ details downloaded into our Applicant tracking system.

Our Candidate Screening
Initial Assessment
Candidates will undergo a comprehensive screening process, including an initial review of qualifications, work history, and suitability for the role based on their resume and online profiles. This assessment is completed on the work day that they apply.
In-depth Evaluation
Shortlisted candidates will be assessed through behavioral and situational interviews, focusing on communication skills, sales acumen, and drive. This phase may also include practical assessments to gauge their real-world sales capabilities. Ensuring candidates align with your values and culture is paramount. This will be evaluated through targeted questions and interactions during the interview stages.
Any video interviews, voice recordings. resumes, interview notes, DISC behavioral profile reports and reference checks undertaken will be made available to your team.

Pricing and Warranty
We offer two recruitment solutions, Contingency Search and Retained Search.
The end cost of each is the same, namely:
13.5% for salary packages less than $120,000
15.0% for salary packages equal to or over $120,000
The Retained Search allows for custom branding which the retainer covers.
We offer a standard 3-month free replacement guarantee with options to extend up to 6 months by increasing the recruitment fee by 0.75% for each additional month.
