Permanent Recruitment
- One-off fee only if you hire a candidate we introduce.
- 13.5% of salary + super under $120k, 15% for $120k-$150k, 19% above $150k.
- For each vacancy, choose either: Standard service: Invoiced on start date, 14-day terms. or Retained service: Increases fill probability by 15-20% $5,000 retainer, remainder on start date
- 90-day guarantee: free replacement search or refund if the candidate leaves early.
- No hidden costs - advertising and search included.
Labour Hire Recruitment
- Hourly rate agreed upfront (wages + on-costs + margin)
- You are billed weekly based on hours worked
- All payroll, superannuation, insurances, and compliance handled by MACRO Recruitment
- Flexible - scale up or down as needed.
